Prohibited actions include interfering with system integrity, attempting unauthorized access to others' data, reverse‑engineering, copying, or modifying the platform. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

3. Accounts: You must provide accurate business information and secure your login credentials. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Fees: If applicable, fees must be paid according to agreed billing terms. Payments may be processed by third‑party providers; you remain responsible for timely payment under the applicable billing agreement.

5. Data Processing: Personal and business data are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms. We do not sell data. Data is deleted when cooperation ends as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights in SystemlyOS, including software, designs, and documentation, remain exclusively ours. No license is granted except for the limited right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

7. Availability and Disclaimer: The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation. Maintenance, outages, or third‑party failures may affect availability.

8. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law: we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the preceding 12 months, if any.

9. Termination: You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or security reasons. Data will be handled and deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts of Athens, Greece.

11. Changes: We may update these Terms at our discretion. Continued use of the Service after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
